Daryl Landau has been an Accredited Family Mediator (Ontario Association for Family Mediation) since 1997. Daryl helps separating families at a time of difficult transition to reorganize, make decisions, and move forward with their lives. His office is in southwest Toronto.
Daryl is a member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists (OACCPP). Daryl is also an active member of the ADR Institute of Ontario. He offers divorce coaching, couples counselling, and other services.
His training includes a Master's degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University (U.S.), another two hundred hours of mediation training, and a one-year certificate program in Brief and Narrative Therapy at the Hincks-Dellcrest Institute.
In addition to family work, he consults extensively to workplaces on conflict resolution, harassment and human rights issues. Daryl also teaches conflict management and mediation courses with Cooperative Solutions and through the University of Waterloo, Conrad Grebel University College.

Mary-Anne Popescu is an Associate Family Mediator at Cooperative Solutions. Prior to this she assisted many families and workplaces in her own private practice as a Mediator.
Mary-Anne has an Advanced Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the University of Toronto and completed her Family Mediation Internship and several courses with Dr. Barbara Landau. She holds an Honours Degree (B.A.Sc.) in Child, Youth, and Family Studies. She uses her skills and training to empathetically connect with families who are experiencing conflict and to assist them in moving forward after separation.
Mary-Anne assists Dr. Landau, acting as a coach in the Conflict Management: Negotiation and Mediation and the Family Mediation courses. She is a Co-Chair of the Family Section of the ADR Institute of Ontario and a current Board Member of the OAFM.
Mary-Anne is a Panel Member of the City of Toronto's Committee of Adjustment, where she uses her arbitration skills to make decisions on planning issues. She is a long time volunteer counselor and public speaker for the Maternal Support Program at St. Joseph's Women's Health Centre. Mary-Anne recently received an Award from the Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration for her work at the Women's Health Centre.

Neeraj Goel practices as a collaborative family lawyer and family mediator. His practice is limited to assisting clients to settle their family law related issues outside of the court process. His practice includes all aspects of family law. He has successfully helped several hundred couples to separate respectfully, as either a lawyer for one of the parties or as a mediator for both parties.
Neeraj completed his interpersonal (basic and advanced) mediation training through St. Stephen's Community House in 1998 and 2005. He further completed his Level 1 and 2 Collaborative Skills Training in 2005. In 2011, he completed his Family Mediation Skills Training through Co-operative Solutions. He is a member in good standing of Collaborative Practice Toronto and the Ontario Association of Family Mediators.
Neeraj obtained his LL.B from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1998 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2000. Prior to venturing into the world of family law and family mediation in 2005, Neeraj worked as a civil litigator, clinic lawyer and research lawyer. |
